I move amendment No. 51:

In page 70, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following: “(2) A Business to Business gambling licence shall not authorise the sale or supply, directly or indirectly, in the State, of a gambling product that is a gaming machine unless the machine is capable of being adapted from time to time to reflect the maximum relevant payment and maximum winnings, for the time being in force, in respect of the type of gambling played on the machine.”.
