I can speak from a Wicklow perspective. Three routes were handed over to Go-Ahead Ireland - the 185, the 184 and the 45A. Throughout the years since Go-Ahead Ireland has taken them over, there have been consistent failures to provide a service that is fit for purpose. I have given many stories of how it has impacted on different people. For example, they are left waiting for buses that never show up and buses simply disappear from the live timetabling.
